Graduate Feedback

At Spa Tech, our "brand" is our graduates. Rather than spend large sums on advertising campaigns, we put our resources into creating the best education possible. From curriculum development, to producing our own books, using top line products and most importantly, hiring the best teachers, everything we do is focused on making our students into successful professionals.

We continue supporting our graduates with web based support as well as personal attention when needed. The following links are all related to the continued support we give our graduates in addition to this site.

Spa Tech Experience

So, I just graduated on April 9th 2009 and I am so thrilled. Having chosen Spa tech as my school was probably the best descision I have ever made. I came into this knowing full well what I wanted to do, work with a doctor or chiropractor or PT. 6 months later, I am already there! I have Spa Tech to thank for that.

Through this journey, I have met so many wonderful people, life-long friends. Amazing instructors with whom I plan to keep in contact with. And at Spa Tech, we can do that kind of thing. Teachers are not there soley to teach, they are there to guide you through your whole career if you need them! That's really how close you all get while you are attending classes there. It's like we are one big happy family.

It's bittersweet to have to graduate and leave. I am psyched to get out there and dive head-fist into the world of massage. I am so curious as to how much more there is to learn. But, I also realize that I am done... out of the "nest", and thats kind of sad, honestly.

So, here's to an AMAZING 6 months with FANTASTIC people. And a WHOLE new world that I am ready to take on! :)

SPA TECH EXPERIENCE

I just Graduated April 29th, 2009 from the Cosmetology Degree program and have to say...
I am very excited to be in this industry and so many oppurtunities are opening up in front of my eyes even in the first day, but it all starts from the first day you decide to explore this avenue.

I also have worked very hard to own a little business while and currently expending to add a salon, and as I was attending school, (but if we are true learners, we never stop being students of life too) so there are many possible ways to make it work, hang in there...

There is so much to say, that cannot be said in such a short paragraph, but what I have found in my experience in SPA TECH:

That there are a lot of resources, more than can even be utilized while attending the program, if you want to be proactive after or you have time during the program I highly encourage yourself to go in and utilize the library's, talk to the owner's, learn from them anything you can, pick the instructors brains (remember they are busy people too, take a few moments of their time), ask questions to the staff and the students, pick their brains, as much as possible, utilize this and the other online options out there for your benefit, remember, there are so many wonderful support systems, they encourage this here and so much more.

But also remember, certain areas in this industry are stronger in different seasons of the year, so be patient, do not give up and if you have to get creative to find ways to stay in the industry to hold through, there are great opportunity's in the horizon.

I look forward to know I have an amazing valuable resource at SPA TECH, Best wishes and hard work for all those that have attended there in the past, currently there and those to come, I know some days it seems impossible, but remember, Walt Disney said, dream the impossible (and to be realistic, I know nothing is easy, but usually the harder things are those that help you achieve so much more.)

I thank SPA TECH for everything, new, present, and future Alumni
