Alexis is a graduate of the 660 hour Registered Polarity Practitioner program at Spa Tech Institute in Westborough, Massachusetts.

With polarity, de-stress, relax, and find balance in your body, mind and spirit. It has been shown that stress can lead to dis-ease and to more serious conditions. Think about it: a stitch in time saves nine!
