Hello, my name is David John Bruneau. I graduated from Polarity Realization Institute in 2000 from both the therapeutic deep tissue and holistic massage programs. I love what I do and am blessed to be able to spend a portion of each day being of service to all the wonderful people who come to me for massage and energy work sessions.
I have over 1000 hrs of training and strive to understand and bring balance to the body and make it so you are able to enjoy your life to the fullest.

Currently working at G-Spa, MGM Grand@Foxwoods Casino in CT where I see clients by request, I also have a private practice which primarily focuses on Polarity and Thai Massage, by appointment only.

Polarity Therapy is a deeply relaxing treament which works within the energy systems in your body to clear blockages and restore balance. Rooted in ancient Ayervedic tradition, this holistic treatment utilizes techniques such as applying pressure to specific points on your body, gentle massage, cranial and spinal work, and a full crystal layout with chakra and aura clearing. Can be done fully clothed or integrated with a full body massage.

I’m an April 2009 graduate of the Holistic Massage Therapy Program at SpaTech Institute in Westbrook. My new business, Hidden Haven Holistic Services, is located at 153 Water Street in Randolph in a charming little 1920s bungalow on the banks of the Kennebec River.

The primary focus of my business is to provide a holistic option to assist people with pain reduction, stress management, and overall better health, while empowering them to reach their highest potential.

My practice focuses on helping people release what they no longer need -- whether that's muscle tension, thought forms, patterns, etc. -- so their inner light shines through. I create each session based on what the client needs that day, using a combination of massage techniques (myofascial, neuromuscular, trigger point, positional release, Swedish and deep tissue) and energy work (hands-on, crystals, sounds and flower essences).

There is nothing like having a professional work on you multiple times. They get to know your unique body, skin or hair so they can produce consistently excellent results.

But sometimes they may not be available or you need a low cost tune up in between sessions. That's when the Spa Tech Student Clinics are particularly valuable.
