Hi My name is Morgan Sturtevant. I pride myself in my use of diverse modalities. I enjoy doing everything from Reiki to Deep Tissue (and often integrate all of the modalities mentioned below into customized sessions). I also have a background as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and World Champion Powerlifter. In addition, I have worked as a nurses aid and a chiropractic assistant. Consequently, I specialize in working with athletes and injury/rehab situations.

I am a thirty four year old , married ,mother of two. I have been with my husband for 19 years and raised two awesome young boys. As my children got older I realized I was not fulfilled in my career and I wanted to make some changes. So I started searching for myself. I knew I wanted to be a massage therapist, but I was very interested in holistic healing and energy work. When I found Spa Tech and realized I could combine the two I was thrilled. I have been studying massage and polarity therapy for almost a year now and have recently graduated from the holistic massage program.

The goal of Balanced Evolution is to empower people who are taking charge of their health and well-being. This is accomplished through massage therapy, polarity therapy, polarity yoga, nutritional counseling and herbal remedies.

Services are provided by Allison Hopkins, LMT. Allison is a graduate of Spa-Tech's Holistic Massage program, and has completed Level 3 of the advanced Polarity Practitioner program. She teaches Polarity Yoga on Wednesday evenings at Amethyst Point.
