I completed the Holistic Massage Program at SpaTech in 2004. I also have received my Reiki 2 certification and my Kriplau Yoga Teacher Certification.

I love helping others heal from fear, reduce the effects of stress and learn to love their bodies and trust it's wisdom. I develop Workshops and Wisdom Circles to help coach others and teach tools needed for transformation as well as provide one-on-one life/spiritual/parenting coaching.
