I’m an April 2009 graduate of the Holistic Massage Therapy Program at SpaTech Institute in Westbrook. I’m also a certified practitioner of Polarity, Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) and Reiki. My new business, Hidden Haven Holistic Services, is located at 153 Water Street in Randolph in a charming little 1920s bungalow on the banks of the Kennebec River.

The primary focus of my business is to provide a holistic option to assist people with pain reduction, stress management, and overall better health, while empowering them to reach their highest potential.
